Ipsilateral
Once I was in junior high, I read this book. It was a silly one, a teen flick, and quite shallow. Just like other books I quite frankly read back then. However, this one book gave me strong words. Words that I don’t think I’d ever forget. Ever. In fact, I still remember every word, every letter of it. Back then I didn’t really get the meaning of it. It was just stuck in my head. These are not wise words nor sweet one. It is what it is, and it goes like this
By the time you swear you’re his,
Shivering and sighing,
And he vows his passion is
Infinite, undying,
Lady, make a note of this
One of you is lying.
